Mixing System

The fully automated intelligent mixing system requires no manual intervention. Program-controlled operations ensure precise formula ratios and allow one-touch formula recall, guaranteeing batch-to-batch consistency.

Granulation Area

Tofu Cat Litter: Granulators use Swiss-imported equipment, operating stably in a controlled temperature and humidity environment, with a daily output of up to 150 tons per unit. Granule length and size can be flexibly customized to meet customer requirements, ensuring consistency and premium quality.

Cassava Cat Litter: Utilizes a new granulation process producing fluffy, uniform granules, combined with low-temperature steam curing for precise processing, maintaining granule stability and natural properties.

The advanced granulation process ensures stable formation, high-temperature sterilization, and controlled temperature/humidity conditions, guaranteeing granule quality, safety, and hygiene.

Drying System

Tofu Cat Litter: Three-stage drying technology with layered temperature control ensures stable granule strength and moisture content.

Cassava Cat Litter: Sulfide-bed drying technology achieves uniform heating and high-efficiency drying.

Dust Removal System

Tofu Cat Litter: Employs Germany BEM’s eight-stage dust removal process for multi-layer filtration.

Cassava Cat Litter: Uses a combination of cyclone and reverse-pulse dust collectors, effectively reducing dust, improving product cleanliness, and enhancing factory environmental standards.

Packaging System

Equipped with multiple fully automated six-station high-speed packaging machines for precise weighing, automatic sealing, and efficient output, improving delivery efficiency and reducing manual errors.

Laboratory System

We have established a national standard testing laboratory, including raw material, process, and finished product labs, and collaborate with national pharmaceutical-level testing agencies to systematically test antibacterial rate, water absorption, and environmental indicators. Additionally, we partner with the Chinese Academy of Sciences on deodorization and odor decomposition research, with multiple patents and scientific achievements filed.
